Hard to believe from looking at all this design work, but during my tenure at Emory my primary daily responsibility was the scheduling, production, review, testing, and deployment of mass emails. I worked on everything from graphic design and building to copywriting, A/B testing, and analytics.

This production work started with a fullscreen/desktop approach using ExactTarget (now Salesforce), developed through both mobile-friendly and mobile-responsive phases through a second tool (iModules, now Anthology), and eventually came full circle back to Salesforce.

I have built quite literally thousands of mass emails, and while it's especially tricky to display mobile-responsive emails with a simple screen capture, here I've shared some of those designs as well as the desktop versions of a variety of designs I produced.
